Vincent J. Stoker
A magic dwells in the fall: In the rooms, past times seem to stack. From its original features intact as a control center, theater, or bathhouse, remain porous images. The strong lines and geometry maintain the skeleton, while new colors fill it. Moss covers the ground, a steel beam hanging down and breaks in the water penetrated. The remaining fragments are assembled into a new sense of his own head and catalyst are cinemas that other place to conquer.
The French photographer Vincent J. Stoker poetry captures this one - in the pictures of his series ‘Heterotopia - The tragic case’. Somewhere between reality and utopia, he gives the substance non-places. However, they simply be described as ruins, would not the adventure that we experience with them, to be fair.
